Giving back means something different to everyone.
Giving back can mean many things to many different people. At Safeguard, we think the most meaningful gifts are to those given to causes that are making a difference in the lives of others.
Below are some of the ways that Safeguard gives back in our effort to see that difference fulfilled.
The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of their founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family's ability to pay.

LLS exists to find cures and ensure access to treatments for blood cancer patients. They are the voice for all blood cancer patients and work to ensure access to treatments for all blood cancer patients.
Stop Soldier Suicide is the first national veteran-founded-and-led nonprofit dedicated to preventing military suicide.
Stop Soldier Suicide was founded by U.S. Army veterans Brian Kinsella, Nick Black, and Craig Gridelli in 2010 amid the worst suicide crisis our military has ever seen.
Stop Soldier Suicide empowers the military community by providing free resources and support to all past and present military and their families through an established, comprehensive, trusted network of individuals and organizations that meet the complex needs of the military community and are capable of anticipating and mitigating suicide risk factors, promoting resiliency, inspiring hope, and encouraging healing and personal growth.
Tens of thousands of volunteers, donors and supporters advance the Make-A-Wish® vision to grant the wish of every child diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition. In the United States and its territories, on average, a wish is granted every 34 minutes. They believe a wish experience can be a game-changer. This one belief guides and inspires them to grant wishes that change the lives of the kids they serve.
Wishes make life better for kids with life-threatening medical conditions. This simple, but powerful belief inspired the founding of Make-A-Wish® and drives everything they do.

The USO strengthens America’s military service members by keeping them connected to family, home and country, throughout their service to the nation.
For over 75 years, the USO has been the nation’s leading organization to serve the men and women in the U.S. military, and their families, throughout their time in uniform. From the moment they join, through their assignments and deployments, and as they transition back to their communities, the USO is always by their side.
Today’s USO continuously adapts to the needs of our men and women in uniform and their families, so they can focus on their very important mission. They operate USO centers at or near military installations across the United States and throughout the world, including in combat zones, and even un-staffed USO service sites in places too dangerous for anyone but combat troops to occupy.
USO airport centers throughout the country offer around-the clock hospitality for traveling service members and their families. Our trademark USO tours bring America and its celebrities to service members who are assigned far from home, to entertain them and convey the support of the nation. And their many specialized programs offer a continuum support to service members throughout their journey of service, from the first time they don the uniform until they last time they take it off.
The USO is not part of the federal government. A congressionally chartered, private organization, the USO relies on the generosity of individuals, organizations and corporations to support its activities, and is powered by a family of volunteers to accomplish our mission of connection.
